At Freedom we want to keep you up to date with situations and events that may impact the arrival of your order.

We are currently working with our teams to ensure that your order arrives within your communicated timeframe. However, recent events beyond our control such as delays in the allocation of containers, shipments being diverted to other ports along with a reduction in the number of shipping vessels coming to Australia and New Zealand are, in some instances, impacting our originally advised delivery times. These events are affecting many industries across Australia/New Zealand, not just Freedom.

We are working hard to do everything we can to see your items delivered as soon as possible.
