Full Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable for purchases at Freedom stores and online in Australia only.

2. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

3. No change will be given, and any remaining balance can only be used for future purchases at Freedom, either in whole or in part.

4. It is the cardholder's responsibility to use the full value of the card before the expiry date.

5. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

6. Where the cost of the purchases exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the Gift Card balance.

7. A Gift Card is valid only after activation, which may take up to twenty-four (24) hours, and will expire thirty-six (36) months from the issue date.

    a. If a Freedom staff member records an expiry date on the card at the time of issue, the card will expire on that date, which must be at least thirty-six (36) months from the issue date.

    b. If neither the issue date nor an expiry date is specified, the card will expire thirty-six (36) months from the activation date.

8. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

9. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for purchases made at Freedom Kitchens.
