Artificial Flowers information

Bloomin’ brilliant
Nothing completes a home like a vase of cut flowers. But they don’t last very long and can become expensive to replace each week. Luckily artificial flowers are just as beautiful, with the added benefit of needing zero care to keep looking stunning. Freedom has a host of sprays, single stems and bunches of all kinds of different colours, types and textures to fill your house.

The obvious place to introduce a bouquet is the living room. If the dining room table is your favourite spot for a bunch of flowers, make a statement with striking lines and colours. A couple of the Deco King Protea stem create a strong focal point especially when surrounded by a spray or two of the Eucalyptus Pod stems for lush filling.

In the living room itself you can create lower arrangements that are wider and filled with softer blooms to reflect the more casual nature of the lounge. Think blowsy flowers like the Peony in pinks and whites or a bunch of the Grand Magnolia stems. These bouquets look gorgeous in traditional-style décor and can be placed on occasional tables, coffee tables and entrance halls to make a great first impression.

If you’re not sure where to start with arranging your own bouquet, choose one of our already-styled items, like the Mixed Dried Bouquet in classic colours – just right for formal halls and corridors.

Artificial flowers can also be used to make tiny posies which are the ideal accessory for bedside tables. Choose a tiny vase or stone jar and select just one or two sprigs of the smallest of our flowers. The Australian Kangaroo Paw stem is the perfect, delicate flower for this. Cut the stem short and simply lean it into the vase to bring instant romance to the room.
