DESCRIPTION

Inspired by the Aboriginal artwork, the Nirrangi Canvas Print is created by Wiradjuri artist Amanda Hinkelmann. She has beautifully painted it with series of overlapping, intertwining concentric circles that are the traditional symbols and icons of the Aboriginal people who used them as a way to communicate among themselves and a way to register their culture. This art work symbolises complexities of human life on this earth, and the importance of feeling small. With a subtle palette of soft pinks, nudes and beiges offset by copper flecks, it looks graceful and charming.
